Dr. RKS Mangesh Dash

Dr. R.Mangesh Dash joined Voltcon Group in 2013 and worked on developing from conceptualization to
commissioning.
Experience: 24 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Coach, Consultant,
Motivational Speaker & Professor in HRM & OB Area.
Work Profile: HR, Behavioural Science, Research, Training, Science of Training
Qualification: Possess a Ph.D. Degree on Stress Management, M.Phil and Master's Degree on Personnel
Management & Industrial Relations. Has pursued Quality Improvement Programmes from XLRI, IIT-KGP & MDI,
Gurgaon. Physics Graduate.
Work Experience: Worked as the Director of a Leading Business School, also Dean & Professor in HRM & OB
Area in a reputed B-School, as Head of HR in different corporates and as a Consultant in several
organisations. Also an Adjunct Professor in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour with
Leading Business Schools like Jaipuria School of Business, Delhi & Institute of Management & Information
Science, Bhubaneswar. Also have taken sessions is a Guest Faculty with IIT Kharagpur, Xavier's
University, Birla Global University, Centurion University, Utkal University as well.

Members of Voltcon Group Board of Directors are elected by the General Shareholders Meeting for a term
until the close of the next Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
The procedure for the nomination by the shareholders of a candidate to the Company's Board of Directors is
stipulated by clause ?53 of the federal law "On joint-stock companies" and by clause 9.6 of the Company's
Charter.
Voltcon Group Board of Directors consists of fifteen members, and has a balanced combination of executive,
non-executive, and independent directors.
The Board's principal role, powers, and functions, including the procedure for introduction of amendments
to the agenda of Board's meeting, are regulated by the internal documents.
